HIGHLY VERSATILE
Our universal inserts are made to last and can be used in all turning machines!
The insert grades and geometries fulfill all turning requirements while significantly reducing production downtime and overall production costs.

The AT101 grade is specifically designed to give the user the highest wear resistance of the insert and utilizes a CVD coating. It has a thick aluminum oxide coating that protects against wear resistance at high speeds, even with dry machining. Suitable materials for this grade are: Cast iron, Hardened materials
The AT201 grade is designed for high wear resistance with high toughness and uses a PVD coating. This grade is optimal for use on: Low-mild steels, Stainless steels, High-temperature alloys, Non-ferrous materials.

All ATA products adhere to superior quality controlled manufacturing processes, resulting in consistent high-caliber products.
Superior tool life and consistent quality due to best-in-class manufacturing processes.
