Lubrication
ATA offers environmentally friendly universal lubricant oil / cutting oil for a more efficient chip removal. The use of such oils not only achieves the best cutting results but also minimizes sustainably the production costs. In addition, the use of lubricant oil / cutting oil leads to very long tool lives and improved surface finish - for sawing, milling, drilling, reaming, grinding and tapping. ATA lubricant oil / cutting oil is propellant-free, of highest quality and guarantees premium processing. It has been specially designed for machining applications and is also suitable for minimum lubrication.
The oil is mixed with water by constant stirring (add oil to water). The result is an excellent and highly economical universal cutting oil. Significantly increases tool life and surface finish when sawing, milling, tapping, reaming, drilling, grinding. 5% oil in water for steels of low resistance (structural steels) and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass). Add 10% oil to the water for high-alloyed steels (stainless steels). For very challenging cutting problems, increase the amount of oil or use pure oil only.

Particularly suitable for machining materials that are difficult to cut, such as stainless and heat-resistant steels, nickel alloys, titanium, steel, aluminum and aluminum alloys. Apply directly to workpiece/tool. Allow to soak in for a short time, repeat the procedure if necessary. With lubricating additives - free of mineral oil components. Contains anticorrosive additives - resistant to ageing.

Significantly increases tool life and surface finish when sawing, milling, tapping, reaming, drilling, grinding. For machining all types of steel and non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper and brass.
Chlorine free. Ideal for working in difficult positions, such as "overhead working" and on machines without coolant systems. Paste sticks to the tool. No dripping and splashing around. Significantly increases tool life and surface finish when sawing, milling, tapping, reaming, drilling and grinding. For machining all steels and the hardest materials such as titanium as well as manganese, cast steel, chrome-nickel or molybdenum steels. Also excellent for all non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper and brass.
For metal degreasing / cleaning in preparation for painting and powder coating. Removes slushing oils and greases as well as synthetic and natural waxes. Can be used hot or cold in spray, dipping and brushing processes. Excellent for ultrasonic cleaning systems too. Much gentler on the skin than solvent-based cleaners. Corrosion protection (acts after cleaning as short term rust protection). Tensides are biodegradable as per EC Regulations. Cost-effective due to being highly dilutable.
